Designed for up to 100 employees (customizable for larger teams), this program helps HR managers “test drive” mindfulness practices and assess measurable benefits ranging from reduced stress to improved workplace focus.
Custom Programs

For organizations new to mindfulness, our Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Class for companies provides a practical, interactive introduction.
